IBERIAN “LONGANIZA”

Prepared with the same meat cuts and seasoned as the chorizo and salchichon, but stuffed into thinner casings. Straight-shaped ones are called “longaniza vela” and U-shaped ones “longaniza Sarta”. The maturing process takes at least 30 days in natural cellas.

Presentation: Vacuum packed.

Traditional sausages, with same ingredients and seasoning than chorizo and salchichon, the difference being that they are stuffed into a thinner casing and take the shape of a horseshoe. The cellar-maturing period is shorter (30 days).

Offered in whole pieces (wholesale in 7 or 10 Kg. boxes), with or without vacuum packing. Suitable for grilling.
